Amazing programme that has been on BBC 1 on Sunday nights for 4 weeks! Charlie, Philippa and their boys, Fred, Arthur and Gus live along the stretch of the Halcyon River and have been filming the comings and goings of their wildlife neighbors throughout a year. The programme is educational, inspiring, funny and amazing. It let the viewers at home see the fantastic antics of nature, some of which have never been filmed before (like the change period of a Dragon fly Larvae into a magnificent dragon fly) Phillipa has got to be my heroin as she concentrates on conserving certain species along the stretch of the river who are close to extinction- with a particular passion for water voles.
